What defines you: 

  • You’re currently a second-year bachelor’s student, enrolled in an Economics-related degree program, preferably Accounting or Finance;
  • No work experience needed, what counts is your drive, curiosity, and willingness to learn;
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work accurately with large volumes of information;
  • An analytical thinker with a structured approach to problem-solving;
  • Proactive, responsible, and collaborative team player;
  • Comfortable using English and Excel in daily tasks.


You career journey at BDO:

As a Records and Documents Analyst at BDO you will develop the appropriate skills and knowledge for performing the following activities: 

  • Process and validate financial data in line with internal procedures and quality standards;
  • Organize, review, and analyze client documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance;
  • Use Microsoft Excel and digital tools to process, validate, and upload project documentation;
  • Support audit teams by preparing and validating documentation throughout the audit process;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the timely completion of assigned projects;
  • Contribute to a variety of documentation support projects while maintaining high quality standards.
