What defines you: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics;
• 1-3 years of experience, preferably in consulting;
• Solid accounting and fiscal knowledge;
• Intermediate level of English and Excel, with a willingness to learn new digital tools;
• Strong self-management and organizational skills;
• Adaptable to different business contexts and client needs.

You career journey at BDO:

As an Accounting Consultant at BDO you will develop the appropriate skills and knowledge for performing the following activities:

• Understand client organization dynamics to identify specific accounting needs and provide strategic insights;
• Perform accounting operations, including bookkeeping, trial balances, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements;
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and support clients in meeting reporting deadlines, including audits and regulatory inspections;
• Review junior colleagues, promoting accountability, trust, and proactive problem-solving;
• Improve, alongside the team, client services and internal workflows through process optimization and digital transformation projects.
