Main responsibilities 

As a Brand Specialist, you will be involved in a variety of social media content management, internal communications, and event coordination for our brand. You'll play a key part in driving our digital presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, while supporting broader marketing and internal initiatives through well-crafted communication and logistical support.

  • Preparation of editorial calendars, drafting engaging social media posts, and fostering community interaction based on pre-established concepts. 
  • Collaborating with departments to create cohesive internal communications and keep employees informed on important events.
  • Hands-on involvement in event coordination and managing logistics, from corporate events to social activities.
  • Providing technical support for online events, from webinars to broadcasts, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Supporting the team with research, content drafting, and website updates, while handling various administrative tasks.

Requirements: Collaborative | Creative | Enthusiastic | Driven to deliver

 

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, PR, or advertising, with a proven ability to handle multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills in English (minimum intermediate level required).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, as well as a plus for familiarity with Agile tools like Trello.
  • An organized and detail-oriented mindset to take on operational tasks under the guidance of the Communications Director.
