With over 20 years of experience in financial and institutional consulting in the public infrastructure sector both in Romania and internationally, Augustin Boer has made a major impact on the development of the municipal services sector in Romania. He has been involved in infrastructure projects promoted by International Financial Institutions (BERD, BEI, World Bank, European Union, KfW and USAID) both in Europe (Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova, Montenegro, Cyprus and Turkey) and in the Middle East. (Jordan) and Central Asia (Kyrgyz Republic, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Mongolia).
Moreover, Augustin is a member of the Board of Directors and of the Certification Commission for Management Consultants (CMC) within the Romanian Association of Management Consultants (AMCOR).
