Job summary:
As an Office Assistant at BDO you will develop the appropriate skills and knowledge for performing the following activities:

  • University degree;
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent command of English and solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results- and deadline-oriented mindset;
  • Initiative, accountability, and a team-oriented attitude;
  • A long-term thinker who naturally builds connections with people.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism, with a strong commitment to confidentiality;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities;
  • Prior experience within a law firm or professional services environment is an advantage.



Requirements:

    • Deliver day-to-day support to the Legal team and contribute to the effective management of administrative and business operations;
    • Foster solid, trust-based working relationships between the Legal team and other BDO departments through clear and effective communication;
    • Assist with contract management and billing processes;
    • Assist with client acceptance procedures;
    • Draft documents in line with the required templates for specific policies and procedures;
    • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars;
    • Monitor court terms;
    • Support Legal Partners in coordinating team activity and handling administrative and client-related tasks;
    • Help implement internal procedures and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools;
    • Carry out general administrative tasks (document filing, correspondence, travel booking) and manage files and records;
    • Managing expenses and administrative costs related to the law office activity;
    • Ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, including office supplies and logistics.
