We kindly inform you that the Ministry of Public Finance issued a press release, on October 23rd 2020, announcing that the Government approved the simplified procedure of the schedule for payment of the budgetary obligations outstanding starting the emergency situation.
Also, according to the press release, it was decided to extend until December 25th, 2020, the period in which no interest and penalties are charged for unpaid tax obligations, for which the due date has expired after declaring the state of emergency.
Moreover, until December 25th 2020 the tax authorities will not start the enforcement, allowing debtors to decide on applying for the tax facilities offered.
