Draft Ordinance for amending the Fiscal Code

We inform you that a Draft Ordinance has appeared for the amendment and completion of Law no. 227/2015 on the Fiscal Code and other financial-fiscal measures (attached).

Please note that at the moment we do not have an official Draft of the Ordinance published by the Ministry of Finance to be in public debate (in the Decisional Transparency section on the official website of Ministry of Finance), the changes are still under discussion within the governing coalition and most probable there will be changes.

Thus, we will return with details about the proposed changes when the Draft Normative Act is officially published.
