Government Emergency Ordinance no. 191/2020 for the extension of the term regarding the submission of certain documents provided in charge of the associations and foundations, as well as of the legal persons registered in the trade register
In the Official Gazette no. 1013 of October 30, 2020, the Emergency Ordinance no. 191/2020 was published, which entered into force on the same day.
The most important amendments are the following:
- Postponing the deadline by which the statement regarding the real beneficiary can be submitted by 90 days after the date of ending of the alert state.
- The statement regarding the real beneficiary may be submitted again under electronic signature and sent by electronic means or by postal and courier services.
