Who we are looking for

We recruit people based on the skills, competencies and personal qualities that are needed. For most of the roles, we are looking for people with economic background.

We are looking for young graduates as well as experienced experts, auditors and consultants.


We are looking for people just begining their career, who meet the following requirements:
• University graduates or students close to graduation
• We do not require experience, but 1-2 years experience in a similar job is a plus
• Computer skills (MS Office)
• Advanced English skills

And more experienced:
• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Economics (e.g. Accounting/Finance) / Law
• Different courses and degrees in accounting and/or tax (ACCA is a plus, Chamber of Tax Consultants and others)
• 2-4 years of work experience
• Strong computer skills (MS Office)
• Advanced English skills
