Step 4: Employment decision

After you have attended an assessment with us, we will ensure that we contact you to confirm our decision and provide you with feedback on your performance throughout the assessment process. We will also send you an e-mail to confirm our final decision. Selected candidates are then invited to BDO to receive the employment offer… and the journey can begin!
