Step 2: Applying at BDO

Applying is very simple, you can do this by using all the ways of communication:

a. You can apply through the recruitment websites where you found our vacancy.

b. You can send a resume using email, directly to the HR department. Our e-mail address is career@bdo.ro, mentioning Cod. Ref. of vacant position or the position you desire if there is nothing similar open at that moment.

c. You can fax your resume at: +40-21-319-9477, mentioning “in the attention of the HR department”.

All applications are reviewed for minimum qualification requirements to determine qualification for further testing. Applicants who do not qualify are notified by email. Applicants who qualify proceed to the next phase, when they are invited to our headquarters and start the assessment process which may include a written test, a face-to-face interview, a critical incident evaluation, performance test, or other examination method.
