Q. How is the recruitment process?

Q. How long will the selection process take?
A. The length of the recruitment process depends on many different factors, but at all stages we try to keep you as well informed as possible. We also recognize the time you have invested in the recruitment process so we strive to operate fast and efficient. A general timeframe is two weeks. 

Q. How will I know if I am to be interviewed?
A. We will contact with you by phone to plan all stages of the recruitment process. E-mail is also an option if you are not available on the phone. All phone arrangements are backed up with emails, so that it is easier for you to keep the agenda.

Q. How will I know if I am unsuccessful in moving forward to a first interview?
A. We have a very open communication approach with our candidates. We contact all our candidates whether they are successful or not after the first interview.

Q. How can I prepare for my interview?
A. Please review our Tips page, it will give you some useful advices about our interview processes. We like to keep interviews as relaxed as possible but expect our questions to be challenging.
