Organisational assessment & diagnosis

The role of Organisational assessment & diagnosis consists of "photographing" the existing situation in the company in order to identify functional and disfunctional activities and processes, to facilitate an objective picture of how the organisation operates at a time and what measures have to be taken to improve it.

The service is useful when:

  • The company goes through a period of crisis more difficult than usual
  • It is necessary to reorganize and streamline the current activity, for optimal use of available resources
  • It is necessary to restructure the company - partially or entirely
  • There are some organizational issues that has to be identified and solved

The assesment consist in diagnosis of all structures and functions of the company, including:
