With the transitions towards a market economy and the adhesion to the European Union, the business environment in Romania becomes more and more dynamic and competitive. In this respect, companies can meet difficulties in adapting to the new conditions, losing opportunities and market share, and often facing insolvency.

Under the Romanian law, insolvency is defined as a state in which a company does not have enough cash in order to pay its due debts.

We do all we can to help businesses in such difficulties to return to profitability or, if there are no other possibilities, to efficiently administrate the bankruptcy procedures.
