At the present time, the water and wastewater sector is very dynamic, mainly as a result of the regionalisation process covering the entire country. The impact of this process on the financial activities will be important and will require the sharing of experiences and good practices among operators. In this context, there is a need to facilitate the discussion of key aspects on a regular basis.

Considering all this, Mr. Augustin Boer, senior consultant in the Advisory Services Department, created and manages a blog in which financial and institutional issues related to the Romanian water and wastewater sector are presented and discussed.
