Assessment Centre
The Assessment Centre represents a very objective multidimensional assessment of an employee’s abilities and competencies. It contains a series of tests and exercises adapted to the participants’ level and it covers not only the professional matters, but also the personality and motivational traits. The assessment centre can be used in recruitment and selection, in the substantiation of the promoting decisions and internal personnel dynamics; but also for indentifying the training needs and for career counseling etc.
